WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cannot attend an Event for which you have registered, please contact FT as soon as possible. To find out more about the cancellation process please visit our FT Live Terms and Conditions page.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?
If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact the FT Live Customer Services team.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Click the ‘Register now’ button in the top toolbar. Once you have registered for your ticket you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking information. When registered, you will have automatic access to the event auditorium. You may register for tickets anytime up until event day.
HOW DO I LOGIN?
You will be given a bespoke link on your confirmation email which grants you access to the full agenda. If you have misplaced your confirmation email you can now login using your ticket number and the email address you entered into the form when you registered.
I AM TRYING TO LOG IN USING MY EMAIL ADDRESS BUT IT DOESN'T WORK?
Check your email inbox to find your original confirmation email, and double check it was sent to the email you're attempting to login with. Make sure you check your spam or promotions folders to ensure it didn't get trapped there. If you are still having difficulty logging in, please contact our Ticket Officer Ciara for support.
